I was going through my coupons and rewards today and found some ECB's for CVS which are expiring this week. So I scanned through this weeks ad and found Coke products on sale 3-12 pk/$13, but nothing else that caught my eye. I also remembered getting an email from CVS this past week for $5 off in you spend $25. So I figured buy 6 cases of Coke Products and it should total $26.00, and I've met my total needed to use the coupon. As I arrive at the Coke display I see coupons for $1.50 off a 12pk case of Coke/Diet Coke, so I grabbed 6 of them.
At checkout my total came to $33.20 for 6 cases plus deposit.
-used $5.00 off coupon (when you spend $25)
-used $1.50 Coke coupon x6 = $9.00
-used $5.00 ECB I already had
= $14.20 out of pocket
BUT I get $7.20 back when I return cans for deposit and I received another $5.00 ECB
SO I really paid $2.00 for 6- 12pk cases of Coke products!!
